How to use
- Choose a preset, or set an exact color with the sliders or hex code.
- Press Start test to show it fullscreen.
- Look for areas that appear darker, lighter, or a slightly different hue than the rest.
- Compare the same color at different brightness settings if something looks off.
What this test can detect
- A channel that looks wrong, for example red that looks orange or blue that looks purple.
- Patches or edges with a different tint from the center of the screen.
- Stuck subpixels, which stand out on the pure primaries.
- A screen protector or coating that changes the color evenly across the panel.
Important
- Your browser and operating system may apply color management, so the exact color shown depends on your display profile.
- This is a visual check. It does not measure color accuracy. For calibration you need a hardware colorimeter.
- Some colors look different at the edges of a screen simply because of the viewing angle.
